West Falls Community

Chair Yoga 6:30 PM Tuesday, June 9 at the West Falls-Colden Community Library, 1966 Davis Road, West Falls. Yoga means union, binding together of the body, mind and breath. Join us for an hour of meaningful movement, strength and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome and no prior yoga experience is needed. Taught by Jennifer Johnson, Registered Yoga instructor. Dot Painting with Patty Sachse Wednesday, June 17 6:15 PM at the West Falls-Colden Community Library, 1966 Davis Road, West Falls. Create a Buffalo, Buffalo Bills emblem, or a Mandala on a canvas. Class fee is $25 and includes all materials. A beginner pack of dot painting tools will be available for $5 for anyone wishing to purchase a set. Call 716-652-5544 to register.
