The Town Clerk’s Office collects the Town and County Taxes. The tax bills are sent out by February 15th of each year and are due by March 15th of each year. Payments can be made through the mail or in person at our office during regular business hours. The Town Clerk can collect taxes through June 30th of each year and then the tax rolls go to the County of Erie for collection. Partial payments are accepted.
You can now pay your County taxes with credit card payments. A service fee applies. 2.75% of amounts over $64 or a minimum charge of $1.75 if under $64. E-Checks are also accepted. An access fee of $2.50 is charged for transactions under $1,999.99. For transactions between $2,000.00 and $3,999.99 the access fee is $5.00.

The Town Clerk’s Office does not collect the School tax. To obtain Springville Griffith Institute School tax information, please call The Concord Tax Collector’s Office at (716) 592-4948, or to obtain Holland School tax information, please call the the Holland Tax Collector’s Office (716) 537-9443 option 2.
