Branch Weaving is a whimsical, nature-inspired craft where a forked wooden stick transforms into a permanent loom. This beginner, friendly textile art allows you to weave yarn, fibers, and organic materials directly inside the empty branch to create a rustic wall hanging. Tuesday, August 11 2:00 PM Budgeting – With the holidays a few months away, join us for a presentation at the West Falls-Colden Community Library presented by M&T Bank of East Aurora. This session focuses on the importance of creating and maintaining a budget, understanding the difference between wants and needs, and setting realistic goals for spending, saving, and debt repayment. Wednesday, August 12 6:15 PM Kids Electronic Class ages 6 to 14 at the West Falls-Colden Community Library, 1966 Davis Road, West Falls. Through this hands on workshop, facilitated by Michael Wagner of 716 Electronic Recovery, your child will learn about waste, plastic, non ferrous metals, and data. Ages 6 and 7 will manually operate a screw driver to unscrew keyboards and ages 8 and up will help dismantle computers with various tools. Parents are required to remain on site. Space is limited.
