Memorial Day 2020
Greetings:
On behalf of the Colden Town Board we want to sincerely thank you for all you have done to help our town during this difficult time. Because of all of you, whether it was providing food & clothing, virtual church services, first aid or fire protection, & many other services to so many people in our town, thank you for making Colden Strong!
Due to the COVID-19, Memorial Day Observances have been cancelled as large gathering must be postponed. We would still like to pay tribute to those who have died while serving in the military, so we are reaching out to you to participate in “Ring For Remembrance”.
All you need to do is ring bells or chimes at 9 AM until 9:05 AM on Memorial Day, May 25 with a moment of silence to follow. We hope you are able to participate to stand United as other towns & villages will be doing the same. If you have any question, please feel free to contact me.
