Your completed application will be processed and forwarded to Passport Services on the same day that you apply.<\/p>\n<p>Normally, you can expect your passport to arrive within six (6) weeks via first class mail. Passport processing fees vary depending on type of passport and age of applicant. Expedited service is available from the United States Department of State for an additional fee. Accepted forms of payment include personal checks and money orders.<\/p>\n<p>All persons, including newborn infants, are required to obtain passports in their own names for travel to most foreign countries.<\/p>\n<p>You must bring acceptable proof of United States Citizenship (i.e. a certified birth certificate and\/or a previous passport) and proof of identity (i.e. a previous passport or a driver\u2019s license). Anyone who is applying for a new passport must apply in person. Children must be accompanied by their parents when applying for a passport. All passport applications must include two passport photos.
