The Town Clerk's Office collects the Town and County Taxes. The tax bills are sent out by February 15th of each year and are due by March 15th of each year. Payments can be made through the mail or in person at our office during regular business hours. The Town Clerk can collect taxes through June 30th of each year and then the tax rolls go to the County of Erie for collection. We do not accept credit card payment for the payment of taxes. Partial payments are accepted.

The Town Clerk's Office does not collect the School tax. To obtain Springville Griffith Institute School tax information, please call (716) 592-3207, or to obtain Holland School tax information, please call (716) 537-9443 option 3
