PUBLIC NOTICE – TOWN OF COLDEN 2011 COUNTY AND TOWN TAX COLLECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Collector of Taxes for the Town of Colden has received the Tax Roll and Warrant for the collection of the County’s taxes for the year 2011. Taxes for said Town will be received by the Collector from February 15, 2011 through March 15, 2011, at the Colden Town Hall, 8812 State Road, Colden, New York, 14033. NEW! 2011 Final Tax Assessment Roll PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL HOURS FOR THE PAYMENT OF TAXES Tax Collector - Ruby Bruce Wednesdays – 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 

County Tax Collection:

The Town Clerk's Office collects the Town and County Taxes. The tax bills are sent out by February 15th of each year and are due by March 15th of each year. Payments can be made through the mail or in person at our office during regular business hours. The Town Clerk can collect taxes through June 30th of each year and then the tax rolls go to the County of Erie for collection. We do not accept credit card payment for the payment of taxes. Partial payments are accepted.
